Yes, it is valid for 90 days from the first usage.
Can I check my account credit balance?
Yes, anytime, after dialed the destination number you wish to call, you will listen how much credit you have in your account and related time in minutes for the conversation you want to perform.
Can I use one Neofone card with two different mobile phone numbers ?
No, it is not possible to use the card in both numbers s. It can be used only by a mobile phone number which correspond to the mobile number you did the charge of your account entering the twelve digit number of the scratch card.

The rates list is published on this website in the subsection “Rates” .The charges depend on the destination country you wish to make the call.
Is there any other additional charge or calling fee on my mobile number or some other extra charging except those published on the “Rates” section?
There are no hidden fees or any other charge to pay. You will be charged only for the successfully performed calls duration.
Can I use Neofone mobile card from any mobile operator?
No, Neofone cards can be used only by mobile subscribers of Vodafone Albania and AMC. You can not use Neofone card from fix network operators.
With Neofone card can I call Albanian numbers?
Yes, certainly you can make calls in Albania by sending calls toward Albanian destination numbers.
